I recently swapped from gas to electricity which involved installing electric hot water cylinders (2) and a cooktop. The team at C F Reese have been amazing! Friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Duncan, Nathan Chris and the team have been fantastic plumbers, and I'm really happy with the tidy, professional job. I have used CF Reese on a number of occasions. Each time the plumbers have been good at identifying issues and being realistic about what can be done and the likely cost.
Our last CF Reese plumber was Duncan. We had an intermittent issue with toilets backing up a bit. What looked like a small issue was discovered to be a larger issue complicated there being no record of our drainage on the relevant plans. Duncan was excellent. Over the three working days needed he consistently clear explanations of the issues, what work was going to be needed, got an useful estimate of the costs when we asked for one, and followed through on the planned work. During the entire process, which included him concrete cutting under a deck whilst it was raining, he was really pleasant to deal with.

I had a burst gas cylinder this morning rung C F Reese and Sam came around and looked at the job, he went away and got everything sorted to get the cylinder in today before the weekend, He gave me a couple of different options and was very knowledgeable

Had a great experience from start to finish! I broke my kitchen tap at 2pm, panicked! called them straight away! The plumbers showed up while I was still giving my details to the office over the phone. They had ever sorted at done by 2:30pm just in time to pick up my kids from school.
